Reminders

1. Do not interact (i.e. like, retweet, share, comment, etc.) with the post, as it brings more attention to the situation. The more attention brought to the account, the more difficult it is to suspend it.
2. Do not unnecessarily trend hashtags or phrases. The media is constantly watching every step taken by ARMY; thus, it is important not to attract any unwanted media attention.
3. Do not spread misinformation or rumors. Censor keywords when talking about the issue, or discuss it privately through direct messages or in ARMY group chats. Encourage those whom you share the post with to report without engaging.
4. Do not post on personal social media handles about the report you made; it might catch the attention of people and the issue might become a big rumor.

NOTE: Remember that emailing Big Hit should be the last resort and only for serious issues. The first few steps taken should be: reporting the account, comment or post on the relevant social media platform(s), and/or contacting customer service on the relevant platform(s).
