BTS's Jimin has taken the world by storm with his fan dance.

BTS's Jimin received a plaque of appreciation for his fan dance at the Melon Music Awards at the end of last year.

Recently, the Preservation Society of the Kim Baekbong Fan Dance, the Third Intangible Cultural Heritage of South Pyongan Province, presented Jimin with the plaque, saying, "Jimin has raised the status and artistry of fan dance worldwide." 

At the time, Jimin received rave reviews from around the world for his performance that combined modern K-pop music with traditional Korean dance.

Foreign media outlets, including Koreaboo, once again highlighted Jimin's fan dance, praising it, saying, "It was a performance well-deserving of a plaque of appreciation."
