BTS Jimin's "Who" is enjoying immense popularity in India.

It was named as one of the "10 Best K-Pop Songs of 2024" released by Rolling Stone India on Dec. 23.
The media outlet praised Jimin's "Who" saying the song is more special and enigmatic with Jimin's star power and performance. It said: "The ambient lighting, Jimin’s dance moves, signature tone, unique vocals, and the music—the strings, rhythms, and synth notes—all coalesce into something surreal" and "'Who' is a palette of sounds spotlighting Jimin’s voice just right".

This evaluation by Rolling Stone India, a magazine famous for representing the trends and culture of the youth, represents well the popularity and remarkable achievements of "Who" in the country.

Jimin's "Who" debuted at No. 1 on the Indian Music Industry (IMI) Top 20 Singles Chart and maintained the top spot for the second consecutive week. It also stayed in the top 10 for 17 consecutive weeks, becoming the longest-running Top 10 for a Korean solo song.

The IMI Top 20 Singles Chart is a weekly chart and the first Indian music chart recognized by the local music industry. It is based on data from streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.

On the Spotify India Daily Top Songs chart, "Who" has become the most streamed Korean male solo song all time with more than 15 million streams. It spent 79 days on the chart, setting the record for the longest-charting Korean male solo song.

"Who" was released on July 19, 2024 during Jimin's military service, and despite the lack of promotional activities, it became a global sensation. It achieved No. 1 on Spotify's 2024 yearend review "Global Top K-Pop Songs of the Year" and was selected as the best K-pop solo song on Apple Music's "KPOPWORLD: Best of 2024."

Meanwhile, Jimin won "Best Musician Male (Solo)" at the 9th Asia Artist Awards 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand, on Dec. 27, showing his unwavering presence even during military service.
